 Muhammad Ali Bogra 
                                       Muhammad Ali Bogra took the charge as Prime Minister in 1953. His basic purpose was to make structure of Constitution. He work hard for this purpose and at last he conclude a formula which is name as “Muhammad Ali Bogra Formula”

                                                      Reserved seats for upper house = 50
 Allocated Seats for lower house = 300
                                                    Reserved seats for East Pakistan = 165
 Reserved seats for Punjab = 75
                                                    Reserved seats for Sindh and Khairpur = 19
 Reserved seats for NWFP and tribal area = 24
                                            Reserved seats for Baluchistan, Bahawalpur and Karachi = 17
 In this way East Pakistan was given more seats; But all both wings to have 175 seats each.
Like as;
 East Pakistan = Upper house (10 seats) + Lower house (165 seats) = 175
 West Pakistan = Upper house (40 seats) + Lower house (135 seats) = 175

In order to any fault it was decided that if head of state is chosen from West Pakistan then Prime Minister will be chosen form East Pakistan and similarly if the Prime Minister is chosen form the West Pakistan then the Head of States will be chosen from the East Pakistan. Results of Muhammad Ali Bogra Formula This formula was much appreciated form the different parts of the society. This formula discussed in the constituent assembly for 13 days and then committee set the documentation for constitution before it comes to finalize the assembly was dissolved by Guam Muhammad.
